Medicaid List of Waivers by state
There is a list of State waivers for Medicaid, which you can check on the Medicaid.gov website.
Their list will not include some Personal Care Service Plans, Care in the Community, or State Medicaid Health Plans which are also available from different state governments.

If you wish to discuss your Medicaid eligibility with an actual person, or to email someone, you can contact your state Medicaid Agency here.

Fin your state on the list and then click on the button they have marked “GO” – it will take you to your State Medicaid Agency with all their contact info.
